sound while calling not audible

sound on airpods while using some music app is good, but cannot hear a thing while on call. My airpods automatically gets mute while on call. How to fix this problem ?

Regarding AirPods calling issue I am getting an issue regarding my AirPods. When I call somebody or get calls while using AirPods other person barely listens to my voice. Other than calling it has no issue and works seamlessly but in call it creates some noise. Neither i can listen to the person clearly nor they. What issue can be there? AirPods - caller cannot hear me my airpods work perfectly when playing music but when i am making a call i can hear but the person i call can not hear me!Also sometimes i hear a bip noise !Can anybody help because i just have bought it and i want to know if they are faulty so i will return them!
