In addition to the popup error message above, I'm also getting, "Utility" will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash.
I've tried many ways to solve this constant problem. I tried going through Users and Groups, Preferences, Extensions and so on. Can someone please advise? Thank you so much.

Thank you for trying to help but the http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck comes up with a 404 - File not found error message.
I'm trying to use the https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/ website but it's very slow to load. If I'm able to download the malware I will let you know. I truly appreciate the suggestions.
