XR Call Issues

I have an XR updated to iOS 13.5.

Over the past week or so, I've noticed that while I'm on a call it will randomly unmute itself and not just once but multiple times during the duration of a call. It will also pull up the contacts screen during a call like it's trying to add another person to the call. And then occasionally it will drop a call all together and do it several times. I do not believe the dropped calls are related to LTE signal or WiFi calling signal issues.

I'm usually using AirPods or earbuds with cord so I'm not touching the phone when these issues happen.

I've done all the updates and resets and nothing seems to help/fix this issue. Would love any suggestions on anything else that I might not have thought of to fix these issues.
