Notifications Late Problem

I got notifications late on iOS 13.5. I noticed it since iOS 13.3 on my iPhone 11 Pro. They late from 5 up to 30 minutes. It happens when I exit Social apps like (Facebook,Messenger,Instagram) and then playing games or Web Browsing or doing any other things for few minutes, the notifications from these app shows up late. Now I am having problems with my Friends and my relatives. Please Help me. As in My Screenshot, Messages from 2:32PM get notified on 2:36PM and the notification said it is Now.
