Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

E-mail issue. “This msg has not been downloaded from the server”

How do I fix this error? The only thing that is transmitted to my iPad and/or iPhone is the subject line. This problem began approximately three days ago. I am still receiving some e-mails correctly.

Hello sunnybeaches100! It’s nice to talk. I hope you’re well, I can certainly see why this would be concerning.


First, if it’s Apple Mail, you might need more iCloud storage, or delete files from iCloud to free up storage. That might be the cause.


If not, try logging out of your email, then log back in.


If you still have the issue, let me know.
