Sounds like your Home button/Touch ID has failed. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.

If you have a 3rd party repaired iPhone, Touch ID will not worked.
13.5 is the latest version. Did you have the screen replaced by someone?

It stopped showing up after the last update. iOS 13.3
Thats the problem. Touch ID and passcode does not show up in my setting.
I have never had the screen replaced. I currently have the latest version. (13.3 is when I could not find it in my settings.)
