Paid app download on 2 devices
Let's say I downloaded a paid app in my iPad. Will I be able to download the same app in my iPhone without paying extra?
*Note: I'm using the same Apple ID

Yes. The purchase “belongs” to the Apple ID, not any specific device.
Note, however, that not all apps are compatible with both types of devices, although that’s increasing rare.
