I have just bought Apple care on my pro AirPods but I’m not sure if it covers pet damage my dog has gotten a hold of my AirPods and chewed it up it’s still working but hardly will this cover it

Accidental damage is not covered by AppleCare.
AppleCare+ gives a discount on a replacement unit, but it’s still a lot.
Easiest way to get exact cost is via the Apple Support app.
