Ever since I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 13.4.1 I can no longer hear the callers unless I restart the device, which seems to be working for the first few calls, then I can't hear anything again regardless of using the speaker, headphones or normal call.
I have updated iOS to 13.5 and the problem is still persisting.
I cleaned the microphone externally and nothing seems to be obstructing it.

It sounds like you are unable to hear others. For this there are a few things you can try.
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
If that does not resolve the issue I suggest contacting Apple Support.
