Hey im using Apple iPhone 11. I try to add an esim to my device but it says your device not support esim. My service provide has esim facility. When I check for add cellular plan tab in settings it’s not there. Please explain me whts wrong with my device

It might be a dual physical SIMs device.

No it’s not dual physical sim. It doesn’t have a tab in mobile data settings that say add cellular plan. U don’t know way is that.
when I try to scan my QR cord it say “ esim installation unsupported on your device”
