Mac Mini not booting up.

My MacMini is not booting up. On powering up, it runs Mac OS X installer, and gets hung after about 20 minutes.

I tried Pressing D, and Opt-D while powering up, but that starts Internet Recovery, and then stops with an Error: 0x8000000000003, Cannot Load ‘EFI/Drivers/TestSupport.efi message.

Given the COVID Lockdown, none of the Apple service centers nearby are open for help. Any help would be appreciated!

Are you trying to reinstall the OS? It shouldn't be running the installer otherwise.

If it's running the installer then it's not hung, it takes a while for the installer to complete. If you interrupt it you may need to start the process all over.
