Mac Mini Intel stuck on "recovery" after Configurator 2 attempt

Suddenly my MacMini dark gray Intel (2018) shut down few days ago and became unbootable. Failing safe mode, failing recovery mode, failing with usb bootable system...

So I tried with another Mac via Apple Configurator 2... but the things are even worse, is stuck in RECOVERY (light blinking); it seems I can still put it in DFU but both Restore or Revive fail with error messages (one ends with 0xFB1 (4017)).

There is something I can do or I have just to send to Apple?

Any hints about what could be? Virus that attacks firmware level? Or I had too many peripherals connected? Thx

Try getting it to run Apple Diagnostics:

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If you cannot even get that working, then it is a trip to

an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider

as there is a serious hardware issue.

Hi Wood, thank you very much. Unfortunately I cannot boot it anymore... the only option is to put it in DFU mode to another mac (visible through Apple Configurator 2)... otherwise whenever I push the power button the light status blinks and is in recovery mode.

Think I have to bring it to an Apple Authorized Service... ****
