iphone 10 ghoust touch etc.

My iphone 10 is suffering from ghost touch problem, scrolling up by itself and screen is moving horizontally by itself. I had removed protective cover and hard case and also factory st as a new iphone. Problem still persists.

IPhone X ghost touches My iPhone X keeps randomly clicking and scrolling and tapping without me touching the screen. I have tried restarting it, cleaning the screen, resetting the settings. Is there any other fix or should I go to Apple care.
