my iPhone 11 will not wirelessly charge. It keeps cycling between charging and non-charging. iOS 13.5 install did not solve this problem. How to correct?

Three Thoughts:
I don't know if any drivers are needed, but contact the manufacturer of the charger, and see what they have to say about this. Ask them if drivers are needed.
Find their "Contact Us" information somewhere on their homepage.
Download the drivers only from the manufacturer. Getting them else where may result in malware being installed.
Same with and without case. Happens on two different chargers. Air Pods charge fine. Very unlikely chargers. They are Q1 certified. The wireless charging worked in the past with the phone.
Then there may be a problem with the coils in the phone, click on the Contact Support link in the top right of this page to start the service process.
Are you using a case with your phone? If the case is too thick it could cause issues when charging wirelessly.
Case makes no difference.
What do you mean? You took it off and you still had the same issue? Then it may be an issue with your charger.
There are no drivers used in a Qi charger and the iPhone doesn't use drivers anyways.
There are no drivers involved in the iPhone.
Beat you to it.

Don't take it too literal - "installation files need be".
Hard not to take it too literal, you are the one who said drivers. But there are also no installation files that need to be installed to use a charger. File the information away for next time.
