If you purchased DIRECT from Apple, you have 14 days from receipt to return your purchases, for a full refund or exchange, in the same country as purchased, no questions asked. [NOT available in Hong Kong or Singapore, and possibly others in the Far East.]
If the Apple Manufacturers's Suggested Retail Price dropped in those 14 days, that is one of the reasons you are entitled to the benefits of this policy.
Keep in mid that Apple-Authorized Resellers are selling under their own terms, and at their own prices. They may not be honoring the 14-day exchange offered directly by Apple.
Does Apple give refunds.
