Cannot Connect to Subscriptions
Hi there,
I have an iPhone 7+. I am unable to cancel a subscription that I keep being billed for. When I click on "subscriptions" I get a message reading "Cannot Connect".
Please advise.

I'm having this problem as well. I get "Cannot Connect" when I try to manage subscriptions. I get it on all devices; that is on my iphone, iPad and mac, and on all apps. I've tried app store, iTunes store, and settings on iPhone and iPad. I've powered off and on all devices, tried using cell data only, and turned off and on power to my router/modem, basically trying to reset my entire system. Is there possibly something going on at the apple side of this?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I finally managed to view my subscriptions by clicking the link on https://support.apple.com/HT202039. It still takes me to the same screen, but somehow it works now. Just as well could be a coincidence, though.
Hi, instead of going through settings, try going through App Store. Click your icon in the top right corner then click subscriptions mine worked from there.
I have used every suggested solution above. None has worked. I cannot see subscriptions to unsubscribe, and I’m very disappointed in Apple. This should not still be an issue with so many people. Makes me wonder. Please provide a solution ASAP. I’ve called, as well. Now, I have to find time to go to the Apple store today while teaching virtually.

Had the same issue. Kept trying again and again. Then suddenly it worked (via my PC). This was after I complained on this forum (maybe pure luck). Sorry to hear you are facing the same issue. Good luck!
...and f#ck Apple for this bug! Apple developers must know about this. Sad commercial/scammy behaviour from Apple.
Mine also like that just a few minutes ago, that's why I'm looking for a solution. But just now I disconnected my wifi connection and try to check my subscriptions by only using cellular data and surprisingly it worked! Maybe you can try and I wish it will work for you too.
I know how to get to subscriptions, done it a thousand times through settings and apple store. Every time I tap on subscriptions it just shows a blank page (I have subscriptions!) both through settings and apple store. How can this issue still be unsolved with so many months of so many customers complaining?
Try it from your computer: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
How to see or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Hi. If you are not using wifi check if you have Mobile data switched ON for “Settings”.
I was able to access manage subscriptions this morning on my iPhone by going to Settings>[your name]>Subscriptions. It gave me "Cannot Connect" once, I hit "Retry", which worked this time. When managing one of my subscriptions it gave me Cannot Connect again, but worked after one retry. deggie, it's definitely a bit random still, but might be worth a try?
I'm still getting the blank white page...... found a "step by step" on how to do it on my computer via the App Store...... and STILL ended up on a blank white page. Going to pull my hair out!!!!!! I think it's time to be done and try again tomorrow :(
I finally got it two days later..... kept trying each day. Tried again today and it still took me to blank white page, but then instead of going to Settings and clicking on my name to get to "iTunes & App Store", I went to settings and instead of clicking on my name, I scrolled down to the iTunes & App Store.... then clicked on my Apple ID (in blue) ... then View Apple ID, then subscriptions (Just like I had on my computer and via clicking on my name in settings)... This time it WORKED....... FINALLY!!! seriously HOURS of work. Not sure if it was a fluke that it worked this time..... but I'll take it! Whew..... just in time before another month of unwanted subscriptions paid.
I am having the same issue. I've reset all network and iPhone settings but still experience the same "Cannot Connect" when I try to manage subscriptions.
I experience this on Apple devices
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that does not work for me. Happy that it does for you though.
