This began happening out of no where the other day. I haven't seen anyone else with this problem, but it is like there is an invisible vertical line on my screen that is unresponsive to touch. It makes using the "t" and "g" keys nearly impossible to use. My phone has no cracks or any damage and it is only ~3 months old so I don't know why it started doing this.

I can’t know for sure, but that sounds like a hardware problem. You should probably contact Apple and ask for their help. At the very least, they might be able to give you more direction and give you your options if they think it’s hardware. Your phone is still under warranty.
Do you have a cover or case on the phone with a screen protector that could be causing the problem?
I tried it and I’m still having the same problem, anything else I could try?
I can’t explain it but have you tried a forced restart? Quickly press and release the volume up button, quickly press and release the volume down button, then hold the side button until you see the Apple logo on the screen and let go of the button.
Let the phone reboot completely and then test the keyboard.
I took the screen protector off and it’s still happening. It seems like the places where the screen becomes unresponsive move because at certain times I can use certain keys.
