Airpod Pros won't stay in my ears

What is wrong with the Airpod Pros falling out of people's ears? I've tried every size tip, all pass the Ear Tip Fit Test with "Good Seal". However, after a short period of time (sometimes within minutes) they work themselves out of my ears. They are particularly un-secure when I'm speaking which renders them practically useless for calls. I'm constantly needing to readjust to get them to stay in my ears. I never had this problem with my old airpods which were incredibly comfortable and never fell out of my ears.

This is utterly ridiculous for a $250 pair of headphones. Is there any solution? Has apple released other tips? Will they allow people to trade in the airpod pros for a new pair of the older airpod design? Looking at posts online there seems to be a sizable number of people with the same problem. Huge misstep on Apple's part, not catching this in testing.
