Photos in Recents but not in All Photos
Why do some photos appear in my recents folder but not in my all photos folder. Then at some time in the future they suddenly appear?

"Recents" and "All Photos" are sorted differently.
"Recents" is showing you the most recently added or used photos, sorted by he date of the import on your device, while "All Photos" is sorted by the capture date. It may take a while longer for the photos to appear in All Photos, if you are syncing your photos with iCloud Photos. The syncing with iCloud may take some time to solve conflicts between diiferent versions of the same photo in iCloud or on other devices.
