Copy mp3-files to music-library on ipad pro

Hi,

How to copy music-files (.mp3-files) that are currently stored on my ipad pro (Within the ‘on my ipad’-file) & move these music-files to the music-library on my ipad?

iPad’s Music application does not support importing music files.
