iPhone and Music.app

Is it still possible to move music that I've purchased on CD and copied to Music.app (v1.2.2.4, OS12.2.1) onto my iPhone 13 (iOS 15.6.1)? It seems like I can no longer drag songs from my Music library to my phone in the sidebar. Perhaps I'm missing a setting after replacing a computer. I don't want to sync, I want to move a single "album" to my phone.

You have to sync. That's the way it has always been: Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
