Final Cut Pro crashes on start up

Starting today, Final Cut Pro 10 is consistently crashing for me on startup, no matter what I do.

Imac 27" Late 2013

Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287)

Error I get is below.

I've logged in as guest and run it successfully.

I've tried running in safe mode but FCP won't run in safe mode.

I've removed all login items

Checked the disk

Deleted Preferences (held down Command and Option)

Un-installed the App and reinstalled from App Store (twice)

I'm out of ideas :-(

Interesting that FCP still works as Guest. Guessing the problem might be user directory files removed?

I've used Clean My Mac for years - what is the recommended tool for keeping your Mac in "tip top" shape?

The iMac is my "everyday drive" and the MBP used for remote / trips. What's the recommended clean install process these days? I'm doing two Carbon Copy Cloner backups (paranoia) in addition to time machine. Guessing its wipe everything, clean install then install software and copy back data?

Regards

Brian
