Lightning connector shows Current while testing with tester

When I use 2 pin charger then there is no current shows by the tester, but when i tried 3 pin different apple charger and check the current in lightning connector it shows the current and I also feel the mild shock when I touch the lightning connector. And If I charged Iphone 8 with three pin apple charger and When I brush my hand against my charging iPhone, I can feel it vibrating slightly. I don't feel this when I just rest my hand on my phone, or when I brush against it when it is not charging. But If I use 2 pin charger then every thing is normal.

why this happened?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

By two-pin and three-pin, you’re referring to the electrical socket, to ungrounded and grounded chargers?

Check that the outlet is correctly wired, and correctly grounded. This may involve a licensed electrician.

There can be wiring testers available, though grounding requirements and details vary by local electrical grid.
