I didn’t receive my in app purchase, the developer and Apple have both denied a refund.
I made an in app purchase and didn’t receive the items I purchased. I contacted the developer and provided my receipt from Apple. The developer told me they cannot Issue the items and to request a refund from Apple. I did so and was denied with no explanation. So I went back to the developer attaching the email denying my refund, again asking them to provide the items. They told me again that they cannot provide the items THAT I PAID FOR and sent me back to Apple who again denied my refund with no explanation. I would really like to get either my items or my money. This is not ok.
