Contacts problem

Hi,

When I select the green phone application, the contacts option isn’t available, and the numbers in my call logs aren’t assigned to any names. However, when I select the actual contacts app, the contacts appear. How do I get it back to normal?

Also, when I select snapchat, it says I must turn on the camera in the settings to use it, but I click the settings and can’t see any option for this.

My little cousin has been playing on my phone, was fine last night, woke up this morning to this, not sure if she has turned a few things off in the settings maybe?

Thanks

Tony

Contacts Option not available on Phone app. It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. (Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. etc)

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

  1. How many Contacts account (email client server) you have?
  2. What is your default Contacts Account?
  3. Which email account you are using to store Contacts?

Delete Snapchat and re-install.
