Vertical lines on my iPad
I oppened my iPad today and it’s suddenly displaying Lines across the screen. I have not dropped it and there are no scratches it’s also in a protective case. Is there a way to fix this?
Regards
Paulette

Try to restart your iPad.
If the lines don't go away and appear on all your screen pages, it could be a screen failure, but we (just users like you) can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
Contact Apple Support and see if the can run a remote diagnostic test:--> Get Support

You're welcome. Sorry about your problem, Paulette, but unfortunately... this can happen in any electronic device. Depending on the model of your iPad and its age, as soon as the Apple Stores reopen (and this should happen quickly), see if it is more convenient to have it repaired or to consider a newer model, perhaps refurbished by Apple.
Take care and best of luck.

Thank you Giulio, Yes I did restart the iPad, left if off for a few hours and no change. It appears to be an LCD screen failure and requires a repair. Sadly this costs £306
Thanks for responding.
