Cannot download Garmin or Strava on iphone

I have an iPhone 6+. When I try to download either Strava or Garmin Connect through the App Store, the download cloud icon is greyed out, and download is impossible. I’ve had both apps on the iPhone before but they both stopped loading so I deleted them, wanting to start again. Other apps appear to be available.

App not visible in App Store I'm trying to install an App for "Pure Planet" an energy company. Its installed on my iPhone 12 mini and have used on this phone for at least 4 months, but it needs updating. When accessing App Store on my iPhone, the App isn't visible when doing a search. Talking with a few other users, they don't have a problem seeing the App or downloading it. I don't believe I have anything unusual on my iPhone and I believe all settings are standard, so why can't I see the App in the App store?

I deleted google maps on my phone and now cannot download it. I deleted google maps on my iphone and now cannot download it. It shows up on my app list in settings but no icon.

The new strava app is not suitable for older iOS they have been updated for ios12 upwards.

are you still on ios11?

I am unable to sync my garmin edge 1030 with my iPhone or mac, although it was working through the end of May

And it also indicates that it is synced, but uno activity is recorded, although it is on my garmin, but not on garmin connect

Probably not the same problem as AndyinWSM.

I would factory reset the watch
