Update

My phone isn’t allowing me to use any cellular data or make calls due to wanting me to update my phone. However when I download the update when I try to install that update during the verification process it shows a message saying that it can’t verify cause I’m no longer connected to the internet. I’ve tried multiple times downloading with different internet sources as well as while my phone is charging or 100% charged. I don’t know what else to do
