Why does the “other” take so much storage, it takes about 49GB and I need help because it’s taking to much, I need a way to delete this.

This indicates you have corrupt data on your device. The best way to delete it is to backup your device, then restore it from backup. If you have a computer with iTunes or a Mac, it's preferred to do it that way, but if you don't, over the air via iCloud backup will work too.
