My iPad Pro 10,5" black screen and totally dead...(Ibox Jakarta) said it could not be fixed anymore. its that true?
Good morning, sorry I want to ask about the iPad pro without the home button (bought in Japan Nov 2018), after using it I charge. the next day when I want to use it turns out it can't be turned on anymore. I take it to Ibox Service Center in Jakarta. the answer from ibox staff, this ipad can not be serviced, although there are other damages, such as: damaged speakers can not be serviced anymore and advised me to buy new one. frankly I'm very disappointed, because before I had used a new ipad 3 and I used it for 3 years there were no problems. and all the other apple products that I currently use have no problems at all. I want to ask, is it true that if my iPad Pro 2018 has a broken part, it can't be fixed anymore? if true I am very disappointed for this iPad Pro product. Thank you please feed back🙏🏻
