Overheating issues on iOS 13.5

Even we can’t downgrade to iOS 13.3

I having the same issue with my i phone 11 pro. I have upgraded to ios 13.5 and getting overheated while doing simple web browsing and some times lagging. Hopes that Apple will fixed those bugs soon.

Same on my iPhone XS. And battery goes from full charge to dead in less than 5 hours. Turning off Background App Refresh doesn't help.

Even I tried those settings also , but still same issue. Because of overheating my Face ID stopped working.

problem with my IPhone 11 just bought 10 days ago. after this update phone gets heated even using instagram and theres another issue of battery drain so quickly.

I’m having the same issue terrible battery life and especially when charging my XS Max gets very hot ever since I updated to iOS 13.5. Is there any way to go back to the previous version of iOS?

Not fixed after 13.5.1 on an iPhone XR.

I spoke too quickly. My battery life still sucks. The phone runs a little hot, but not as hot as a couple days ago.

How long will we have to wait for 13.5.5?

Light Safari browsing, and very hot after 5 minutes.

Exactly same issue .. since 13.4.1 I have experienced it twice .. a sudden rise in heat with normal usage like whatsapp and Safari !!

Same here. Inside. On my desk. Checking things periodically. Nothing running. No other apps open. iPhone 11 Pro. But my phone getting hot since I upgraded. What gives?

Definitely! And point them to this thread. My battery capacity has dropped down to 90%.
