battery problem
my fully charged iphone 7 goes dead after 4-5 hours. Battery charge level is quickly restored to 100% in minutes if I charge it. How to remedy phone going dead and losing its charge?
iPhone 7, iOS 13

I was just talking with someone on phone with 100% charge and my phone went dead. I plugged it back in and it came back to life in minutes. Google 48% , home and lock screen 14%, notes 10%, stockmaster 9#, and 6 0thers at less than 5% each.
What is your Maximum Capacity in Settings > Battery > Battery Health?
Have you updated iOS in the last few days?
100% capacity. Not sure if I updated IOS. Dont think so.
When you say that it charges to 100% quickly from 0%, approximately how long does it take?
I charged it today and it was over an hour or 2
Has the amount of time before the iPhone battery reaches low/0% increased?
Also, is the phone used in standby during this time, or are you using it?
No and no (when phone goes dead it cant be used and I recharge it.)
What I meant is: does it last 4-5 hours in standby before it needs charging or do you use it?
I dont use it much. Just recently I went to speaker phone on a call when it was 40% charged and phone went dead as soon as I touched speaker button.
I'd suggest contacting Apple, as I can't think of any reason your phone would be draining like this.
ok thanks
