Photos and group text not working

Hello- I recently switched carriers. Since then I am unable to send photos or group texts to non iPhone people. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Make sure that you have MMS turned on in Settings>Messages, and make sure you have Cellular data turned on. Sending an MMS, which is a text with photos or a group text with non-iOS devices requires an SMS/MMS plan with your carrier and cellular data on. Since you recently changed carriers, I would believe it has to do with you having the plan on your account.

Yes. The setting I described is the only setting on the iPhone for an MMS. After that, the carrier has to troubleshoot this issue. They control SMS/MMS. You need to speak to them.
