my ipad on wifi. icloud photo update are pause every 1 hour. I don't want that Because there are seams during use. I want to find a solution. Thank you

Usually I’m at home with full battery and wlan. Very often when I grab my iPad, photos app says ”sync paused due battery saving”… arghh… How to disable that for good? How to prevent photo uploads to iCloud from pausing? My iPhone 8 continually stops uploading--mostly to save the battery--BUT--this occurs even when the phone is connected to the charger. Is there any way to never pause during uploads? I simply want the phone to unconditionally upload photos in the background, as I understand it is supposed to work. It is outrageous, and maddening, to constantly have to babysit the thing and resume uploads. (Steve Jobs would never have stood for it) Thanks.

How to override Photos "sync paused to save battery" on an iPhone 14 Pro How do I override my iPhone's Photo "sync paused to save battery" feature? I suspect this so-called battery-saving feature is mainly to benefit Apple's servers, but it's a huge hassle for me as I'm constantly taking photos on my phone that I need to be synced to my laptop immediately for work and email correspondence. Heck, I'd pay a monthly fee if I could toggle this feature off.
