Apple TV app stopped working Samsung tv

I have a Samsung 4K Q80 smart tv with the Apple TV app downloaded. We’ve been using it every day with no problems, but when we tried to open the app today an alert popped up that said this app is unavailable and the only option given was to delete it. The firmware is up to date, all updates are current. When I did a search to reinstall the app it said unable to install, try again later. Has anyone else had this issue before?
