Left Powerbeats Pro Isn't Working

Only my right Powerbeats Pro can connect. My iPhone picks up the left one but doesn't connect. I think it might have to do with the sensor not working. I've reset them, forgot the device & tried to connect it to another iPhone but same thing happens. I even updated my phone but still the same
