Always on calendar complication - Apple Watch

I have a quick question about the always on display. When I include a calendar or outlook complication on the Infograph Modular watch face, the calendar event details don't show up when I'm not looking at the screen. I'd like to see the next event, the time it's starting, etc. when the watch face is not active.

Anyway I can do this? Thanks in advance

Hi there, skyairen,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you'd like to see your Calendar events on your Apple Watch face, but they do not appear. I'm happy to help!

Based on what you've described, it sounds like you may have the Hide Sensitive Complications feature enabled for the watch. You can check for, and turn off, this feature on your Apple Watch under Settings > Display & Brightness > Hide Sensitive Complications: Use the Always On feature with your Apple Watch Series 5 - Apple Support. Turning this feature off should resolve your issue.

If it does not, don't hesitate to respond back.

Cheers!
