Malfunctioning Screen
My iPhone X has a mind of it's own. It scrolls unexpectedly without be prompted. I won't respond to touch at certain times. It has not been dropped and is not damaged. How do I get this fixed.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store when they open, take it to your local Authorized Service Provider, or call Apple Care and arrange for mail in service.
That's a hardware fault.
