Accessibility Settings for Call Auto Answer on Watch Series 3

Hello, I am looking to purchase a Watch for my son with limited mobility. I have spoken with the sales support who have said that settings can be set to auto answer call on the watch, but I cannot find anything documented that confirms this. I am told that you only need to raise your arm to answer a call on the watch. Even this is a challenge for him, but can anyone confirm this please, or there are other settings?

Thank you for this. There seems to be a lot for disabilities, however, I still can’t any information about auto answering on the watch. My neighbour has said that it may be possible to answer by lifting your arm and tilting. My son won’t be able to swipe the screen to answer, so this would be important for him if I go ahead.
