I'm trying to explore mirroring options in my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015).
I was trying to mirror my iPad screen to Macbook. How to do it?
I searched for solutions and i found the solution under arrangement tabs.
But i couldn't find any arrangement tab option.

You can't.
You can use sidecar, but that goes Macbook to iPad, not iPad to macbook
How can i use sidecar. I can't see mirroring option in my menu bar even though i have checked the mirroring option in display settings (see pic in Q).
So won't work for mid 2015
Nope, but sidecar doesn't do what you wanted to anyway in your original post
