New IPhone11 Pro - Bluetooth not working

The Bluetooth on my new iPhone is not picking up any devices. Not my Garmin or Bluetooth speakers or anything..

the screen just buffers like it’s searching (been like it 24hours) help?

settings > general > reset > reset network settings.

In addition to what razmee209 provided, you need to ensure that the devices you are trying to connect are in discovery/pairing mode. This may also help. Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
