Hello All
I do enjoy using Safari.. But now getting to the point finding Safari annoying. The Sidebar... It's annoying.
How can this be stopped showing permanently?
Apple please ready and listen.. not all of us want it.. I'm on the verge on not using Safari....
Not just the Shift+Command+L (This is only a temporary stop)

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to disable the sidebar option in Safari where your Bookmarks and Reading List appear. I'm happy to help!
This feature can be turned off by the shortcut you've mentioned, or by selecting the icon at the top of the Safari browser that looks like a Safari window with the sidebar open. This appears next to the forward and back buttons in the upper left: Bookmark webpages that you want to revisit in Safari on Mac - Apple Support.
