While my son is playing a game on Arcade very scary and violent game ads are popped up. How can I stop this? How can I put a restriction on what can be sent as an ad or remove ads altogether?

If the ads are part of the game, then you will have to restrict the game. Stopping certain material within a game is almost impossible.
