Screentime privacy restriction options not showing

Hi there

I have screentime for my children’s phones.

However, when I go to Settings->Screentime->Family member->Content&Privacy Restrictions->

There is only a single option showing under Privacy. That option is Share My Location.

I should be seeing a list here of a number of different apps:

Location Services

Contacts

Calendars

Reminders... etc

but they aren’t there!

I can see them on my own phone’s Content&Privacy Restrictions section, and in all the things I can find on the internet they say the list should be there but it isn’t? Can’t anybody help?

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand as a family organizer, you're unable to access additional settings for Content & Privacy Restrictions for your child's device with Screen Time.

Having the ability to customize the use of your child's device is important, and I'll be happy to help.

To help troubleshoot this issue, I recommend to temporarily turn off Screen Time for both your device and the child's device. Then restart each device and turn Screen Time back on: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch From there. see if you're able to access the features within the privacy settings for Screen Time on your child's device.

In addition, please make sure to have the latest iOS updates on each device. This helps provide software improvements that can help: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Thank you Moonj. I’m really grateful for your response.

So I tried doing that, and unfortunately it still has an issue.

There are 4 devices at play here: my iPhone XS, my daughters iPhone XR, my sons iPhone 6, and my daughter’s Mac.

Now it looks like my kids can’t change the settings under Privacy without typing in the restrictions password which is good. However the list of options under Privacy is still not there on my phone.

I’m not sure what to do next.

I have also noticed that my kids can’t share locations with each other.
