Contact tech support at Clearwire.
FYI: These are user-only forums. This is not Apple Support. if you need to contact Apple Support, then contact product and tech support: Contacting Apple for support and service including international calling numbers.
These forums only provide help with Apple products. Thank you for your understanding and support.
But - Clearwire no longer exists! I've only realized recently, - when people were upset with me for not responding to emails, -- that they were using a 5-year old email address and not receiving any errors about the account not being active. I thought this account was closed, but apparently not.
What do I do now?
Did another company absorb Clearwire? If it no longer exists, then there is nothing you can do except send change of address emails to everyone on your contact list. There certainly is nothing we can do. These are Apple forums.
Sprint bought Clearwire in 2015. We had to change our email at that time. (We live in a rural community in a western state.) Virtually everyone knows our new email. But --- just in the last month or so, with people who haven't been in touch in a while, they have sent an email to the old email address at Clearwire - and received no error message!
Then - I've been in trouble with people for not responding. Since they didn't get an error message, they don't know they are using an old email.
You should contact Sprint. Chances are they have all the old account information. They should be able to attach a forward to the account so that any incoming mail gets forwarded to your current email address.
Have you sent them a response using your current email address and telling them the other address doesn't work?
I have sent a response saying that the email address at clearwire.net is no longer valid. But - the problem is that the email address still 'receives' email.
"Should" is the operative verb here. I'm also working with Sprint now -- but I had no idea this was happening without my knowledge.
