I bought a new MacBook Pro recently. In the App Store, it told me that the app page, number and keynote can be update. but when I click update, it said I cannot update it because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID.
I have just logged in one Apple ID since the MacBook Pro come to my hand. what id should I log in?

This sounds like a used MacBook Pro. The previous owner has already registered those free apps to their Apple ID.
Delete them and download them with your Apple ID.

but i brought it from apple store, macbook 2020 with the new touch bar design( which the esc button become a real button again), isnt it a new product?
anyway, uninstall and install again is working now, thank you :)
cannot update apps in App Store. I don't have another Apple ID
