Import excel to Health App

Thanks for the response. Question: do you know of any simple (rather than one data point at a time) to 'batch' or otherwise import data into the Health App? I have a spread sheet of weight and other data (~ 3months worth) that I'ld like to transfer.

Unless you can find another app that syncs with Health that allows you to import data from a spreadsheet, you can't do what you want. You'll need to type it in by hand.

Replying because I have a similar question : is there a way to import from Apple Numbers?

You can export data from the Health app to a spreadsheet. However, you can't move data from a spreadsheet into Health.
