What makes iCloud backup takes hours to back up and never finish
Have trying to backup my iCloud space but my phone doesn’t finish backup process

I suggest that you quit the iCloud backup process and start all over again. If you can, turn off the backup in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>iCloud Backup>Cancel Backup. If you get the spinning wheel and the backup won’t quit, force close the settings app. Then restart your device and go back to the settings, and try again.
