Make sure that you are at least on iOS 13.4.1, or update to iOS 13.5 and test.

My iPad is not recognizing my Apple Magic Keyboard. As of yesterday, my iPad was paired with my Apple Magic keyboard. Today is didn't work, so first I recharged the keyboard and it is at 100%. What do I do if my iPad doesn't recognize the Magic Keyboard? I just received my new Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11". When I attach my iPad the keyboard isn't recognized. I tried gently wiping the smart connector pads on the back of the iPad and gently wiping the corresponding brass looking pips on the Magic Keyboard and then reattaching the iPad and it still isn't recognized. Without having another smart connector accessory I can't tell if it's my iPad or if it's the Magic Keyboard that isn't working. Has anybody else had this experience?
