I recently brought a series 3 Apple Watch , but my battery doesn’t even last the day. I upgraded from the series 1 watch for that reason. I know it’s meant to last around 18 hours, should I send it back ?

Do unpair and pair the apple watch with the iphone again.
Force restart the apple watch. Remove any third party apps if any installed in your apple watch.
